Seagrass. You may have never heard of it. But did you know it is a vital marine habitat? There are 40% more animals in seagrass beds than on bare sand. This vital marine habitat is struggling and in fast decline. This picture was taken in Salcombe, Devon, where the only known intertidal seagrass bed is growing. Isn’t it beautiful?
